15-5 five

The notion of stride that Dr. Clinton talked about the second week of class is definitely beginning to sink in (at least for me). Our group has hit a stride this week in how we work and interact with each other. Despite sickness, surgery, and daily life we have revised versions of the needs assessment and scope document, as well as,created a fresh new time line. New work that looks forward was also divvied by our project manager.

Personally, I did my share in the revising stage and even reformatted some documents aesthetically this week. Since that was towards the beginning of the week though, the end of the week was dedicated to beginning the design phase. I have proudly come up with some tentative screen shots that I know will probably need refinement. However, I am not worried about this because I know the team will be very helpful with their feedback. I am still very excited by the concepts that I came up with for these designs and look forward to sharing with the rest of Imaginative Designs on Thursday.

In the upcoming weeks I feel as if I will naturally get busier and busier since the design phase will come into full throttle. I don't anticipate my time to be eaten because of the requests of my teammates though, but more because it is so easy to get sucked into playing with the technology. I will surely have to monitor this!
